Sunday Funday

It was kind of a lazy weekend, just hanging out around the house with the girls. They are getting so much more mobile by the day, it's a bit scary. Rob and I are in desperate need to baby proof the house. I'm starting to feel like they get board with all the "regular" stuff we do and and I'm constantly searching for new ideas of how to entertain them! We have playtime with all their toys, and then after a few minutes they look up at me and seem to say, "ok mom, what's next?" Wanting to get them out of the house yesterday, we went on a nice long walk around the neighborhood and of course got lots of attention. Daddy wasn't quite as excited as I to show off our new hot pink stroller. :)

Sippy Cup Attempts

Ok, so I went a little video-happy today after work. But they're all fairly short, I promise.

First, the girls cracking up at a toy.

Some first attempts at the sippy Cup.

Caroline has the red one, Olivia the green.

Weekend in St. Louis

Lots of pictures and a couple videos from Grandma & Grandpa Smith's house:

Both girls are semi-crawling/scooting, but only in the Reverse direction! Here's Caroline demonstrating:

And Olivia learned a new trick this weekend - she can wave hello!

Memorial Day Weekend

Better late than never! We took the girls to The Lodge (Grandma & Grandpa's Michigan house) for Memorial Day weekend. The whole family was there! The weather was great so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors. In other news, Olivia has her first two teeth poking through! We noticed them on Saturday morning, haven't yet caught a picture.

A picture from right when we arrived. The girls had been sleeping in the car for the last hour, so they were grumpy since we woke them up.

Caroline, "why do you think they have us sitting in this tree?"
Olivia, "I dunno, just go with it."
