Weekend Getaway to Minneapolis

Rob and I had a great weekend away visiting our good friends, The Wendels, in Minneapolis.  A huge thank you to Papa Richard & Grandma Linda for watching the girls while we were away. 

We kicked off the weekend with the Minnesota Twins game at their new stadium. 

Then, spent all of Saturday out on the boat enjoying the water and some wakeboarding. 

Our godson, Ben, is the sweetest most precious baby EVER!  Look at all that curly hair!

Last few days...

Just catching up from the last few days.

We spent Saturday with Aunt Kari & Cousin Katie.

Kari is undergoing chemotherapy treatments every Thursday.  She's pretty drained on the weekends, but is hanging in there.  Keep the prayers coming!

Getaway Trip for Mom & Dad

Much thanks to Grandma Linda & Papa Richard - Rob and I were able to take a getaway trip to visit some friends for a long weekend. 

It was so nice to take a few days to sleep in and not be on a schedule, and the girls had a great time with my parents.
