I love getting Holiday cards in the mail. I get so excited going to the mail box every evening on my way home from work during this time of year. I just love seeing all the families and kids, and reading updates on everyone's lives. I'm displaying all the cards we receive on a red ribbon, draped across our wall -- Thanks to all of you for sharing these with us!
Hands down, the girls favorite show is Yo-Gabba-Gabba. I usually turn it on for them before bedtime while they drink their sippies; and then again in the morning while I make them breakfast. They really love to dance to all the cool songs - it's so cute.

Messy hair C
Look how long their hair is getting in the back.
It's actually turning rather mullet-esque. Heehee.
Caroline modeling the flower clip they'll be wearing for Aunt Vanessa's wedding in February. Won't they be the cutest flower girls ever!?
What else do we like to do besides watch our shows?
Play with anything that is not a toy, of course.
Look at Liney's old man belly in this one.
What??
Trying out our new snack catchers - they are supposed to prevent the snacks from spilling out. hmph. My kids figured out how to get around that in about 2.5 seconds flat.
So this is about the extent of the Christmas decorations I'm putting up this year:
I just don't feel like doing anything else! Rob is calling me The Grinch. =) But the girls are in to EVERYTHING these days. And I just know that if I put up a tree they will be tearing off ornaments and pulling off the lights, maybe even knocking the tree over! It's a safety precaution really,... well, combined with my laziness. Besides, Caroline & Olivia will certainly not be short-changed this Holiday. With all their grandparents spoiling the heck out of them - they'll have their fair share of gifts; and we're actually going to attempt taking them to see Santa tomorrow. That should be an interesting experience. Stay tuned...
Chicago got it's first snow (that stuck) this past Sunday night.
This was the view from our balcony bright and early Monday morning:
And it has been COLD here! Like ridiculous cold. The kind where it just hurts. Ugh. Morning commutes to and from and between trains are less than ideal this time of year.
And here are my little piggies all warm and toasty in their fleece jammies

And for your viewing pleasure, I give you: The Baby Moon-Scoot.
Yesterday we spent the afternoon at our family friend's - The Drogos'. And then afterwards, daddy took the girls home and mommy went shopping with all the big girls! So much fun.
I wish I would have gotten a picture of all the kiddos together.
